Products and Subscriptions

VicastCam may offer a free version, monthly membership, annual membership or other limited-time packages. The benefits, validity period, available platforms and functional scope included in different packages are subject to the display on the purchase page.

Subscription benefits start to be calculated after the order is successful or activation is completed. If the rights and interests do not take effect in time due to system delays, please retain the order information and contact us for processing.

Price and Payment

The price, currency, discount and tax information displayed on the purchase page are the prices in effect when the order is placed. We may adjust prices based on market, activity or exchange rate conditions, but this will not affect the current cycle entitlement of completed orders.

You should use a legal and valid payment method to complete the payment. Third-party payment channels may charge handling fees or conduct risk control audits according to their rules.

Refund rules

If you apply for after-sales due to repeated deductions, package not activated, unable to activate normally, etc., please contact us through business@vicastcam.com as soon as possible after discovering the problem and provide the order number and payment voucher.

Digital subscription services that have been opened and used normally do not support refunds without reason. If there are other mandatory provisions in laws, regulations or payment platforms, such provisions shall prevail.

Invoice and order support

If you need an invoice, receipt or order proof, please submit the company name, order number, payment time and invoicing information through the official email, and we will assist in processing after verification.
